The project for the construction of the multi-family building POS Ivanić-Grad aims to provide quality and affordable housing for a diverse range of users. This building is planned as a standalone structure with one ground floor and two upper floors, situated on flat terrain with easy access from the eastern road.
The building will contain a total of 18 apartments of different sizes to meet the needs of the local community in the City of Ivanić-Grad. Each apartment will have storage space, as well as a parking space in front of the building’s entrance. With its varied volume and playful roof surfaces, the building corresponds with the existing residential neighborhood that was developed in the 1980s, characterized by mansard roofs.
The outdoor space features a pedestrian oasis with a green island by the main entrance, along with well-designed pedestrian pathways.
