Client: : APN

The new residental building is envisioned as a symbol of modern urban living. It will be constructed as a standalone structure with easily accessible vehicular and pedestrian access. The building’s footprint is designed in an attractive “L” shape, connecting two volumes with vertical communication. The southern block is elevated on columns, creating a visual lightness and allowing natural light to enter.

The northern volume will have a basement and four floors, while the southern volume will include a ground floor and four additional floors. The entrance is positioned on the eastern side, encouraging interaction among residents. The basement will feature storage areas and a bicycle storage space, promoting sustainable habits. A total of 18 apartments will be designed with a focus on functionality and comfort.

The building is based on a solid reinforced concrete structure, with partition walls made of brick. PVC windows on the facade will ensure thermal efficiency. The exterior areas will be enriched with native plants, creating a green environment.

The parking area will provide 18 spaces, including one accessible for persons with reduced mobility. This building represents not just a living space, but an environment that fosters community and quality of life.
