2019 – conceptual design

The office building of Hrvatske vode is located at the business zone in Varaždin. In the conceptual design the idea was to build annex of the existing building and the creation of a new northeast corner. This should be the beginning of business zone transformation.

After analysis of the clients needs we planned a new volume that follows the height of the existing building with facade elements of modern expression. The facilities in the annex building contain the necessary spaces of Flood defense center. Also the additional archives which are currently located in an inadequate storage buildings on the plot.
